Danni is about five months old.  We found Danni in a cardboard box which had been placed carefully over the shelter fence. 

Danni had a challenging start to life, she had a flea allergy, which gave her bald spots, and was extremely undernourished.  However, within a few weeks of being at the shelter, her appearance and personality blossomed.  Danni is now a beautiful tan colour with huge paws and wrinkles on her forehead! 

Danni loves to bound about and play with her best friend, Rosie.  She also plays with Fred, the Rotweiler mix, who takes it all in good spirits. She has also learned to retrieve and is learning her basic commands – sit, down and come.  Danni is full of vitality and is very active. She has the makings of a good watch dog as she has been barking since the age of 2 months.  She will bark loudly at strangers.

We are still not sure of Danni’s breed, or how big she will get.  Danni would be a great asset to any family environment and she would be a loving and loyal friend.
